​​All payments are final. Although we do not offer refunds/reimbursements on our services, we will always return to correct any mistakes.
A deposit of 20 percent is required at the time of new scheduling of all services. all deposits are final. You may re-schedule your service for up to 60 days before we will require a new deposit.

All payments are due at the time of service, if payment is not received within twenty-four hours, there will be at late fee of $10.00 added to your next service. Failure to pay the late fee will result in a pause of service. HD Total Home Solutions reserves the right to not return or complete any future cleanings in the event of non-payment.
Cancellations are to be made 48 hours in advance at the time of your confirmation, two days prior to your scheduled cleaning. If cancelled within 48 hours, a $25.00 fee will be added to your next cleaning. Due to the extended period between cleanings with a cancellation, a $25.00 fee will be added to your next cleaning.
Payments for first time cleanings can be made via cash, credit card (3% fee added), or check made out to HD Total Home Solutions.
In the instance that your check bounces, you will be charged a $40 check return fee along with your next cleaning. You MUST pay your balance in full before our team begins their cleaning that week. If a check bounces more than twice, you will be removed from the schedule, and we will no longer service your home/business.
Tips are not required but are appreciated. Our cleaners work very hard to ensure your home is up to our standards and meets your needs.
